Contract of Enrolment

This agreement for military, intelligence and logistical service within the Theatre of Blood is immediately active from the date the document is signed by a candidate. Duties stated herein are subject to change as the needs of the organisation change and adapt.




Duties and responsibilities:- You agree to competently and professionally undertake tasks delegated to you by a Theatre Overseer or your direct superior when in the field. Where a task is of an exceptionally questionable nature or compromise is suspected you are expected and encouraged to query the task, reporting immediately to an Overseer or the Master Assassin where required. All duties undertaken are to be assumed confidential unless explicitly stated otherwise.

External organisation activity:- Where a conflict of interests is concerned, this contract is a binding document in which you agree to dedicate your time and efforts wholly to the organisation where external organisations are concerned. External organisation activity is encouraged to maintain a level of communication with others, ensuring a good level of professional relationship with our allies.

Wage and expenses:- All payments are outlined per organisational rank and are not for negotiation. Where applicable the Theatre will reimburse operational expenses where clearly documented on a full expenses document. Exploitation of reimbursements and expenses will result in an immediate termination of contract and legal action.

At-will enrolment:- Due to the sensitive nature of the organisations field of work, both parties reserve the right to terminate the contract of enrolment at any time. Upon a party terminating the contract an official confidential release form must be completed, ensuring sensitive information and experiences remain protected. The candidate party will be heled responsible for any information passed on following a termination of contract.

Position authority:- The signing of this contract enrols the individual with the organisation officially, authority of the position is strictly contained within the organisation and on an operation to operation basis. No overall authority is granted to the candidate over external parties unless explicitly stated throughout individual contracts of work. To claim authority over those external to the organisation will result in the contract being void.
