- 2. Teams:
- Teams will "replace" branches.
- A single agent can be in several teams at once.
- There are both permanent and temporary teams - it depends on what the team's goal is.
- Anyone, regardless of their rank, can lead a team. The officers will decide team leaders based on who is the most qualified.
- Measures and protocol will be decided upon the creation of a team - by the team leader and an overseer.
- The team leader must check in with an officer regularly throughout the mission.
- The team leader will decide how often the team needs to meet and how they work towards completing their task.
- From now on, after the Meeting of Blood, each team should meet briefly if they have something to share.
- However, that shouldn't be the only time that the teams meet - if possible.
- Building a team: team leader is chosen first, and then they will build their team. Overseers may intervene if they are making poor choices.
- Agents may also apply if they think they could be valuable.
- Overseers may intervene if the team leader is accepting too many people.
- If you are denied to be part of a team, do not take it personally or cause trouble.
- Non-team members may be involved in the team's tasks if: it's a one-time consultancy, a "what I would do" situation, they absolutely need an extra pair of hands, or they need a specific skill to overcome an obstacle - such as picking a lock.
- Voicing opinions and good advice or feedback is (almost) always welcome.
New teams (names are a work in progress): - Training Department
- Scouting
- Mission planners
- Communications / speaking to other organizations
- Paperwork
